- Push notification subscriptions if you opt in.

- To generate your requested podcasts.
- To process payments via Stripe.
- To send push notifications about podcast completion.
- To improve the Service.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate BriefCast:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google Cloud — text-to-speech audio generation.
- Anthropic — source credibility assessment.
- OpenAI — text embeddings for search.
- Perplexity — source discovery.
Each service processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
Generated podcasts and associated data are retained until you delete them or until we remove inactive data after 12 months.
