1. Service

BriefCast (“the Service”) is operated by Parker Apps (“we”, “us”). The Service generates AI-powered podcast episodes from topics and source materials you provide.

2. Payment

Each podcast generation costs £1.50 (GBP), payable via Stripe before the podcast is generated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

3. Discount Codes

We may issue discount codes from time to time. Codes are non-transferable unless stated otherwise and may have usage limits.

4. AI-Generated Content

Podcasts are generated using AI and may contain inaccuracies. The Service performs credibility checks on sources but does not guarantee factual accuracy. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the topics and source materials you provide. The generated podcast audio and transcript are licensed to you for personal and non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parker Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
